Audi AG is a world-renowned German automobile manufacturer that designs, engineers, produces, markets and distributes luxury vehicles worldwide. Audi is a member of the Volkswagen Group and has its roots at Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany.

Background

Our client wanted to offer lifestyle experiential rewards for members of their myAudi loyalty program. Audi wanted to provide their VIP members with quarterly offers through an online eCommerce platform and so Spoilt developed a branded platform for Audi members to purchase refreshing lifestyle experiences on a regular basis.

Solution

Spoilt selected experiential offers for Audi’s VIP members which reflected Audi’s brand. Options ranged from relaxing to adventurous experiences, such as Spa experience at W Hong Kong, Spanish Cuisine dining, Stand Up Paddling, and many more.

Every quarter, we updated our lifestyle experiences, handpicked based on the preferred price range and demographic specifications of customers. Newsletters with our handpicked experiences would also be sent to members to ensure they don’t miss out the great deal. We also created a branded eCommerce portal (audi.redpacket.hk) which was integrated with Audi’s marketing communications.
