Background
Dah Sing Bank Group wanted to reward their best performing sales agents in each quarter to thank them for their great performance with an incentive gift. The client requested luxury experience gifts to be rewarded to their hardworking and deserving staff so they could enjoy a day out.
Solution
Spoilt Experiences Group worked with Dah Sing Bank Group on their points-based rewards system for their incentive performance program. With over 300 experiences in our portfolio across Red Packet and Spoilt experiences, we were able to provide a wide range of experience choices to Dah Sing Bank Group based on their price ranges they were looking for. Each staff received points based on their sales performance and used their points to choose their experiential rewards. The more points they had, the more experiences they could choose and enjoy. The most popular choices among Dah Sing Bank’s staff were dining and spa massage experiences. The rewards were delivered to each employee by E-vouchers and Redemption Letters through our systems . After the delivery of gift cards to the client, our team handled all the requests and bookings to complete the rewards program.
Each quarter we have put together a catalogue of experiences to engage Dah Sing’s top performing staff in their incentive program and around 450 experiences redeemed by over 300 employees of Dah Sing Bank Group so far! We are looking forward to working with Dah Sing Bank Group in the rest of the year.
